Gli ospiti hanno accesso all’intera casa, al giardino e alla spiaggia. A disposizione degli ospiti anche una dependance arredata per il personale e un garage con due posti auto. Grazie ad un accordo con un hotel vicino, è possibile utilizzare il salone SPA e altre infrastrutture dell’hotel ad un limitato costo aggiuntivo. Sirmione, definita la “Perla del Lago di Garda”, è una meravigliosa meta di vacanze. A pochi passi dalla villa potrete raggiungere l’Acquario, uno dei centri termali più importanti d’Italia, visitare il centro storico con i suoi negozi e ristoranti e immergervi nelle numerose spiagge di questa bellissima penisola.

Elegant and prestigious villa on the lake in the northern part of the Sirmione peninsula, just a few steps from the “Grotte di Catullo” and the historic center. The house is arranged on two levels: on the ground floor, an elegant entrance leads to a living room with large windows overlooking a green park with panoramic lake views, a dining room, a study, a kitchen, and a bathroom. On the ground floor, the sleeping area is divided into 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a long terrace with splendid views of Lake Garda. The garden with direct access to the lake extends for almost 7000 square meters. with direct access to the lake and the private beach where the water assumes a unique color that cannot be found in other parts of the lake. Beautiful private swimming pool in the gardens. Guests have access to the entire house, garden, and beach. Also available to guests is a furnished annex for staff and a garage with two parking spaces. Thanks to an agreement with a nearby hotel, it is possible to use the SPA lounge and other hotel facilities at a limited additional cost. Sirmione, known as the “Pearl of Lake Garda”, is a wonderful holiday destination. Just steps from the villa, you can reach the Aquarium, one of the most important thermal centers in Italy, visit the historic center with its shops and restaurants, and immerse yourself in the numerous beaches of this beautiful peninsula.
