Nel centro storico di Firenze, vicino al fiume Arno, a Piazza Ognissanti e Lungarno Amerigo Vespucci, è in vendita una splendida proprietà, di fronte al lussuoso Hotel St. Regis. 

La data di costruzione dell’edificio è incerta, molto probabilmente risale alla prima metà del Novecento, ma potrebbe essere antecedente. L’appartamento era di proprietà della famiglia Kraft e ha mantenuto il suo pregevole aspetto fino ad oggi, a seguito della sua ricostruzione.

The date of construction of the building is uncertain, most likely it dates back to the first half of the twentieth century, but it could be earlier. The apartment was owned by the Kraft family and has maintained its fine appearance to this day, following its reconstruction.
