Operating in its new Florentine headquarters since the beginning of 2022, Altus Real Estate has been pursuing its real estate vision by restoring ancient homes in the most exclusive places on the planet and transforming them into fine residences, always with an eye for Italian design. The company is led by Pasquale Cataldi, who has been in the real estate market for over twenty years, starting from the family business, Cataldi Costruzioni Immobiliari, of which he became CEO at just 26 years old, before founding Altus in 2016 together with the Italian entrepreneur -Mexican Fabio Massimo Covarrubias and the designer Michele Morandi.
