About Me
Originally from Calabria but now resident in Florence, Pasquale grew up in a family of builders with the dream of becoming a broker. After years of experience in the USA, he was appointed administrator of the family company: he was just 26 years old. 2016, he founded Altus, marking a turning point in his life and career. In 2019, Forbes magazine named him one of the top 100 managers, awarding him the Private Banking Awards at the Milan Stock Exchange in the real estate category. He also won the CEO Awards and was selected by the Scuola Normale di Pisa for a study on wealth distribution in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and ISTAT, placing him among Italy’s ten most influential people.
For Pasquale Cataldi, real estate has always been a sector capable of attracting numerous investors and new capital, representing a positive cycle in the construction industry. Real estate can become a gateway, an access point for foreign capital into Italy. His choice to focus on design properties qualifies, certifies, and adds prestige to the luxury target market.
